- Location — with your permission, we use your device's location to show nearby venues and to verify check-ins. You can turn location access off in your device settings, though some features won't work without it.
- Device and usage data — device type, app version, and how you interact with the Service, used for performance, security, and improvement.

- Provide and operate the Service, including verifying check-ins and delivering rewards.
- Personalize what you see, such as nearby venues, events, and deals.
- Keep the Service safe — including automated review of uploaded photos and videos for policy compliance.
- Communicate with you, including push notifications you can control in your settings.
- Understand and improve how the Service is used, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
- With venues — when you check in or redeem a reward at a venue, that venue may see related activity (for example, check-in counts and redemptions) so they can operate and improve their offers.
- With service providers — companies that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, push notifications, and content moderation, under agreements that limit their use of your information.
- For legal and safety reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
